Throughout my career, I have led organisations through periods of growth, transformation and change, working with boards, executive teams, governments, funders and commercial partners to deliver measurable results. From helping more than one million Londoners become more physically active and improving health outcomes, to leading organisational change, securing investment, driving commercial growth and developing innovative partnerships, I have seen how strong leadership can unlock both business performance and societal impact.

I have also worked with organisations facing financial pressure, governance challenges, leadership transitions and complex stakeholder environments. My approach is always pragmatic, collaborative and focused on delivering sustainable outcomes rather than short-term fixes.

Through Fitzboydon Consulting, I work with governing bodies, clubs, charities, event organisers, investors and businesses operating in sport to help them navigate complexity and seize new opportunities.
